Best Man

Large-framed son of the Vice World Champion, Bundeschampion and Grand Prix winner Belantis I, who is close to his sire not only in color. Despite his youthfulness, he is very athletic, long-legged and expressive. In trot, he has a very active hind leg under the center of gravity, a lot of ground cover with a controlled stride characterizes his walk and his canter is very well balanced for his age. Best Man unites the branches of the Neustadt P-line through his sire Belantis I, who goes back to Parabel I, and his dam Primera, who goes back to Parabel II. The sire Belantis I continues to be a guarantee in dressage after his impressive successes and titles as a young stallion. With William Matthew, the likeable gray stallion also won and placed several times in Grand Prix competitions in 2021. The dam, Primera, is a daughter of All at once by Amperé -Gribaldi, who was also successful in Grand Prix. Her dam Prime Time already produced the licensing winner and two-time Southern German Champion Don Royal, the licensed Don Henley and is a sister to the great Poesie, who enjoys international attention through her offspring (Poetin I-VI, Samba Hit I-V).  Her sire Rubin Royal is a reliable supplier of highly talented sport horses.
