Ben Benicio and his rider Friederike Maas are still on course for success after their jump into the advanced class in 2020 and the state championship title in Berlin-Brandenburg. The duo also won and placed in advanced dressage competitions in 2021. And the young offspring of the likeable dark chestnut continue to make a name for themselves. Whether in the riding horse ring, in mare performance tests or at the State Premium Show. The Marbach State Stud stallion Benedikt wins the Gert Gussmann Cup 2021 and Back for Good continues his series of successes from last year. In addition to numerous premium foals, Ben Benicio again produces a foal for the Brilliant Ring at the Foal Championships in Neustadt. The high breeding value of 138 in young horse dressage tests also remains constant.
Ben Benicio was a premium stallion at the 2015 Westphalian Main Licensing and already impressed the audience at his licensing with three basic gaits of the highest quality, equally feathery and powerful in trot and canter as well as with an excellent walk. He won his disposition test in Adelheidsdorf just as convincingly with a final dressage score of 8.85 as he did the Westphalian Championships for 3-year-old stallions in Münster-Handorf.
His sire, Callaho's Benicio, was Bundeschampion of 6-year-old dressage horses, record HLP winner and currently a series winner in dressage competitions up to advanced (S***) level under Jessica-Lynn Andersson. Ben Benicio's full brother Bestform was licensed in 2019, was a finalist at the 2020 Bundeschampionat and reserve winner of his HLP. The dam line, which is well rounded in terms of performance through Hochadel-Fidermark-Brentano II, has always won awards over generations and can boast numerous successful horses and licensed stallions such as Diatano, Fonq, Sir Fidergold and Saint George.
