This son of the elite DSP stallion Askari impresses with elegance and a sporty appearance. With his good basic gaits and jumping with caution and good ability, he has an elevated double disposition. At his show debut in 2021, he underpinned this impression with wins and placings in novice class show jumping tests. His sire Askari produced the World Champions DSP Alice and Asha P and was himself highly successful in show jumping up to 1.60m. In addition to 12 licensed sons, he sired a large number of horses successful in top sport. Askapino's dam, state premium mare Pinoveva, was successful in basic sport before she was used for breeding. Askapino represents the Fossilie Hanoverian line, which is maintained in Mecklenburg and from which, among others, the licensed stallions Modist, Ortolan and Zuversicht are sired.
